About FVT Art & Design

FVT Art & Design is founded by Vivian, a professional interior designer with a sharp sensibility for space, color, and material. Established upon her long-standing passion for art, jewelry design, and visual aesthetics, FVT blends photography, fine art, jewelry, and textile design into a contemporary art-driven lifestyle brand.

At FVT, we believe:
Art should live beyond the canvas — it should be worn, felt, and become part of everyday life.

Vivian Wang is a multidisciplinary designer with ten years of experience in interior design and a deep passion for art, craftsmanship, and everyday aesthetics. In 2013, she founded her first jewelry brand, FvT, in Canada, creating handcrafted collections inspired by nature and femininity, featuring South Sea pearls and vibrant gemstones.

After relocating to the United States, Vivian devoted time to her family while continuing to paint, photograph, and refine her artistic vision. In 2025, she launched FVT Art & Design, a lifestyle brand that brings together her creative expressions across photography, fine art, jewelry, and textiles.

In collaboration with artist Jiang Tao, Vivian introduced FVT’s signature cashmere scarf series, transforming bold architectural lines and expressive colors into wearable art crafted from premium Erdos cashmere.

Vivian believes that art should live in the everyday—bringing warmth, beauty, and inspiration to the moments that matter most.

I’m Edward Jiang, currently studying Art & Design at the Stamps School of Art & Design at the University of Michigan, where I am also pursuing a dual degree in engineering. Born in Vancouver, Canada, I was immersed in art from an early age, developing an instinctive relationship with color, form, and experimentation.

After moving to China at the age of five, I began painting alongside my father, artist Jiang Tao, in his studio.  Working primarily with abstract oil painting, I developed a strong connection to the abstract movement and its expressive freedom. Through both collaborative and independent practice, we created hundreds of works that formed the foundation of my artistic language.

I later moved to the United States, attending Buckingham Browne & Nichols School in Massachusetts, where art remained central to my education and daily life. Alongside formal coursework, I built a personal studio practice at home. I also gained guidance from contemporary artists Ma Kelu, Mark Cooper, and Fred Liang. I am now based in Michigan, continuing to explore the intersection of art, design, and technology while contributing to our family’s creative projects and managing this website.
